Kimley-Horn of DC worked with HGA to provide architectural and engineering services for the major renovation of Carlin Hall, on the northeast portion of the university’s campus.
Services:
- Stormwater management for 5,000+ square feet
- Led the review process with DOEE and DC Water
- Designed water, sewer, and storm drain utilities
- Participated in student and faculty stakeholder engagement
- Layout and grading plan for ADA parking and the ADA access plan
